About Idol Credit

Talented people in every town need modest amounts of capital at exactly the moment it is hardest to raise — studio time, materials, equipment, a first run of stock. Idol Credit is a concept for closing that gap locally: neighbours back people they can actually go and meet, and share in the result if the campaign succeeds.
Status: this is a demonstration build, not a live funding platform. The talent profiles and funding figures shown on the landing page are illustrative, and no money can be sent or received through this site.
Visible progress
Each campaign shows what has been raised against its goal, so backers can see exactly who they are supporting and how far along that person is.
Plain terms
One fee, charged only on successful campaigns, with no hidden charges. Nothing is deducted when a campaign does not succeed.
